Hawaii is a land of lush forests, volcanos, snow-capped mountains, and earthquakes. It is home to fascinating stories of sisters and brothers, friends and enemies.  This mythology also includes “aumakua”, or ancestors.  There is much to learn from these stories about relationships.

This is a balancing practice suitable for children age 6 through teens. It is an especially nice plan for families.  In it, we explore relationships and our role in them while connecting to ourselves and each other.
