Your Bear Child

We adore our loyal and loving bears!

Your bear-like child is patient and kind. This kid has a great memory. Steady and solid in body and mind. Bears are compassionate and loving with many friends that they’ll likely keep forever.

Bear find great value in cuddles and comfort.

When your bear isn’t feeling great they may experience low energy and low moods.

Your bear-like child is also prone to respiratory issues. In the springtime, this child always seems to have a cold or cough that lingers.

That stubbornness and resistance that frustrates you? That’s your bear’s solid energy when out of whack. This also shows up as holding a grudge.

Your bear may even have trouble even getting out of bed some mornings.

You know your bear is out of balance when they sleep during the day, can’t resist late night snacking and struggle with low moods.

Is this just your child’s fate? Or, is there something you can do?

The answer is YES, there are many things you can do. What if you could help your child stay in tune or quickly come back into tune with simple lifestyle choices? Well, this is what Ayurveda is all about. Though this ancient health care system is thousands of years old, it is still just as relevant, accurate and effective as it ever was.

When you understand some basic concepts from Ayurveda, you can better understand what your child needs to thrive and why they may be feeling or behaving the way they are. You can make informed choices that meet each child’s unique character.

Once you understand your child’s unique energy type (if it’s more like a bear, a tiger or a deer) and how it ties in with the times of day, seasons of the year and the elements of nature, you can make simple adjustments to help your child live in tune and thrive.

My name is Mira Binzen yoga therapist and co-founder of Global Family Yoga. I’ve helped hundreds of families just like yours who are struggling in the areas of moods, behavior, learning, sleep, digestion as well as other health concerns.

When an imbalance like this is disrupting your child’s quality of life, it’s time to take action.

One of my gifts is taking the often complex and seemingly mysterious practices from Ancient Wisdom and making it safe, engaging, EASY and effective for children and people just like you. I’ll make it relevant and show you how to make it work in your life.

It’s all in our course, Ayurveda for the Whole Family, created for parents just like you.

The better you understand your child physically, mentally, emotionally and behaviorally, the better you can help them find balance – AND find balance for yourself in parenting them.

Even if you don’t know anything about it, I’ll make it simple to understand and easy to apply. Click the button below to join us.

What is Ayurveda and how can it help my family?

Ayurveda is India’s beautiful nature-based health system. It is the sister science to Yoga and developed alongside Yoga thousands of years ago. This same system is still used today. The word Ayurveda means “knowledge of life.”

Your child (and everyone!) is predominantly one of three energy types. In this course we're calling them Bear, Tiger & Deer. We'll help you determine your child's type and how to keep them balanced and well.

Even if you don’t know anything about it, we’ll make it simple to understand and easy to apply.
