Training IntensivesAbout The TrainingOur 8-day intensives offer the opportunity to accelerate your training. Immersed in yoga practice and learning, you will be surrounded by nature among like-minded people who share your passion for the wellness of children. We offer two different 8-day intensive programs. They are the Madura Intensive and the Sundari Intensive. Each covers four of our weekend training topics and comprise 80-hours of training. Once you have taken both of these, attended a yoga lab, and completed your independent practicum - you will have fulfilled the 200-hour requirement to become a registered yoga teacher. Another way to become certified is to take one intensive plus 5 weekend trainings. If you are already certified, or certification is not your goal, you can still enjoy the benefits of the topics covered in these courses. We hold our intensives in beautiful retreat settings so that in addition to exploring the training topics, you will be able to enjoy the amenities of the location during your stay. We currently have the following intensive(s) scheduled -
