* These are each part of the 9 weekend courses that make up the 200-hour certification program. You do NOT need to be part of the certification program to participate in any of these courses. For information on the various paths to certification click here.
** You must have successfully completed a minimum of 3 weekend courses (or one intensive) to participate in Yoga Lab.
